The 2024–25 Bundesliga campaign officially concluded on Saturday, with Bayern Munich sealing a commanding 4–0 away win against Hoffenheim, securing their 25th victory of the season.
Bayern Munich Conclude Bundesliga Season with Emphatic 4–0 Victory over Hoffenheim

Having already clinched the league title the previous week, Bayern showed no signs of complacency in their final outing. Michael Olise opened the scoring in the 33rd minute with a sublime free-kick from approximately 25 yards, handing the visitors a deserved lead.
Joshua Kimmich doubled Bayern’s advantage in the 53rd minute, capping off a well-executed team move. Serge Gnabry added a third in the 80th minute with a precise finish into the bottom corner, before Harry Kane rounded off the scoring four minutes from time, bringing a fitting end to his debut title-winning season.
The victory also marked the end of an era, as 35-year-old Thomas Müller made his 503rd and final Bundesliga appearance for Bayern ahead of his anticipated departure this summer.
“I appreciate it a lot. It seems people have loved what I’ve done over the last 15 or 16 years in the Bundesliga,” Müller said. “It’s a great feeling. The support from our fans, and across the country, in recent weeks has been incredible. For me, it was a very special day, but not a sad one. I’m simply proud of what I’ve achieved, and I love the Bundesliga.”
Last season’s champions, Bayer Leverkusen, finished second—13 points adrift of Bayern. Both sides, along with third-placed Eintracht Frankfurt and fourth-placed Borussia Dortmund, have secured qualification for the 2025–26 UEFA Champions League.
Fifth-placed Freiburg will compete in the UEFA Europa League, while Mainz, who finished sixth, will take part in the UEFA Conference League.
At the foot of the table, Bochum and Holstein Kiel have been relegated. Heidenheim, meanwhile, will battle to retain their Bundesliga status in a relegation play-off against the third-placed side from the second division.
