Napoli secured a 2-1 victory over Fiorentina at home, with goals from Romelu Lukaku and Giacomo Raspadori helping to cut reigning champions Inter’s lead at the top of Serie A back down to a single point. Albert Gudmundsson was on target for seventh-placed Fiorentina.

Inter, who have accumulated 61 points from 28 matches, came from behind to claim a 3-2 victory over Monza at San Siro on Sunday.

Earlier in the day, Bologna continued their impressive form with a 2-1 win away at Hellas Verona, courtesy of goals in each half from Jens Odgaard and Nicolò Cambiaghi.

Daniel Mosquera pulled one back for Verona, who were reduced to ten men in the 70th minute when defender Nicolás Valentini received a second yellow card.

Bologna now sit sixth in the table with 50 points, level with fifth-placed Lazio, who host Udinese on Monday. Verona remain 15th with 26 points.
