Barcelona secured consecutive victories in the Champions League, defeating Bayern Munich in emphatic fashion. Hansi Flick masterminded a 4-1 win over his former club at the Estadi Olímpic.

Barcelona made a dream start, scoring within the opening 60 seconds. Fermin López played a perfectly weighted through ball to Raphinha, and the Brazilian winger displayed great composure to finish in a one-on-one with Manuel Neuer.

Harry Kane had a goal disallowed by VAR soon after, but in the 18th minute, Bayern found their equaliser through the English striker. However, the parity was short-lived as Barcelona regained the lead through Robert Lewandowski, who scored against his former team.

Either side of half-time, Raphinha completed his hat-trick. First, he finished superbly after being set up by Marc Casadó just before the break, and then, in the 56th minute, he found the net once more, this time assisted by Lamine Yamal.

This result moves Barcelona on to six points in the league phase. After their opening-round defeat to AS Monaco, Flick’s side have responded well in the Champions League.
