Dan James has been shortlisted for the Sky Bet Championship Player of the Month award following a string of outstanding performances throughout February.

The 27-year-old winger was in scintillating form, consistently troubling defences across the league. He netted three times during the month, scoring in Leeds United’s emphatic 7-0 victory over Cardiff City before bagging a brace in their 4-0 win against Watford.

Beyond his goal-scoring exploits, James played a crucial role in creating opportunities for his teammates. He won a penalty in the dominant win over Cardiff and provided four assists, bringing his total goal contributions to eight in five matches.
