Tottenham Hotspur, West Ham United, and Mohammed Kudus have all been charged with misconduct following a heated conclusion to Saturday’s Premier League fixture.

Hammers forward Kudus, who had opened the scoring at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, was dismissed four minutes from time following an altercation in which Micky van de Ven and substitute Pape Matar Sarr were allegedly struck in the face.

A spokesperson for the FA stated: "Tottenham Hotspur, West Ham United, and Mohammed Kudus have been charged following their Premier League match on Saturday, 19 October.

"Tottenham Hotspur are accused of failing to ensure that their players conducted themselves in a proper and/or non-provocative manner around the 82nd minute.

"West Ham United are accused of failing to ensure that their players conducted themselves in a proper and/or non-provocative and/or non-violent manner at the same time.

"Mohammed Kudus is accused of acting improperly and/or committing violent conduct following the incident which led to his dismissal.

"Tottenham Hotspur, West Ham United, and Mohammed Kudus have until Thursday, 24 October, to respond to these charges."

The visitors initially led through Kudus' 18th-minute goal but eventually fell to a 4-1 defeat. Dejan Kulusevski, Yves Bissouma, and Son Heung-min all scored, while goalkeeper Alphonse Areola also contributed an own goal before the match descended into controversy.
