Paul Kagame Announces His Bid For The 2024 Rwandan Elections
The Rwandan President, Paul Kagame, has announced that he will be running for a 4th term in office as the 2024 Rwandan elections draw near.

his Tutsi army reclaimed power taken from them by the Hutu government
led by Juvenal Habyarimana (Who was assassinated on April 6th
1994) and his wife Agathe (Currently imprisoned in a French jail) .
