The Author Of The Popular Homecoming Trilogy Passed Away After Being Diagnosed With A Brain Tumour In 2019

The detective novelist and former journalist Susie Steiner has died aged 51, after being diagnosed with a brain tumour three years ago.

During her 20 year career as a journalist, she covered news for The Guardian, Evening Standard, Daily Telegraph, and The Times.

She is most known as the author of the Homecoming Trilogy, which comprises of her debut novel Homecoming, it's sequel Persons Unknown, and Remain Silent.

In May of 2019, Steiner was diagnosed with Brain Cancer, which despite her best efforts, couldn't be removed.

Susie Steiner is survived by her husband and two kids.
