The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command has successfully rescued 25-year-old Promise Eze, a woman from Ebonyi State, from the clutches of a suspected armed robber and ritualist. She was discovered unconscious and bound in a hotel room in Wuse, Abuja, in what authorities believe was a carefully planned attack.

According to the police, the suspect lured Promise to Abuja under a false identity, deceiving her into a dangerous situation. Thanks to swift action by law enforcement, she was found in time and given the necessary medical attention. The incident highlights the growing concerns surrounding online scams and criminal activities that prey on unsuspecting victims.
