Rihanna dazzled fans in New York as she emerged with her stunning natural hair on full display ahead of the launch of her new haircare range.

The 36-year-old songstress, known for her ever-evolving hairstyles, recently sported a pastel pink look before withdrawing from her scheduled Met Gala appearance.

The entrepreneur and musician was spotted in Tribeca, New York, flaunting her short, tightly-curled blonde locks as she autographed items for admirers.

This appearance coincides with the impending release of her inaugural haircare line, Fenty Hair, scheduled for June 13, featuring a variety of products ranging from shampoo and hair styling to colouring solutions and hair relaxing formulas.

Despite her relaxed attire of black trousers paired with a grey spaghetti strap top, Rihanna exuded effortless elegance, complemented by a chic brown fur coat. She accessorised the ensemble with black sunglasses, transparent strap heels, and a statement Louis Vuitton handbag, enhancing her look with a sparkling necklace and hoop earrings, while also revealing her seldom-seen trailing star tattoo adorning the nape of her neck.

Announcing the launch of Fenty Hair on Instagram, she expressed, "A new family is moving in! @fentyhair is pullin’ up, and it’s time to finally have the hair experience you’ve been waiting for... I am launching a flexible line of products designed to strengthen and repair all types of hair, which is what we truly need!"

However, Rihanna’s recent public appearance stirred retirement speculations when she was spotted in New York alongside partner A$AP Rocky, wearing a T-shirt with the slogan 'I’m retired.' Fans have since questioned whether this was a playful nod to persistent inquiries about her next musical venture.

Although her last musical release was in 2022 with the hit single "Lift Me Up" for the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever soundtrack, Rihanna hinted at the possibility of new music during the Fenty x Puma Creeper Phatty launch party. She stated, "We’re always gonna go back on tour. I wanna go back on tour when there’s new music... And after that, let’s just blow everything up."

Reports suggest Rihanna has inked a lucrative £32 million comeback deal with Live Nation, indicating that new music and a subsequent tour are indeed on the horizon.
