Chelsea are reportedly considering reappointing Thomas Tuchel following a disappointing season under Mauricio Pochettino's management.

Thomas Tuchel has refused to comment on whether he could return to Chelsea this summer amidst ongoing speculation about a potential comeback to Stamford Bridge.

Tuchel is set to leave his role as Bayern Munich head coach at the end of the season, having reached an agreement with the club to terminate his contract early, which was originally due to expire in 2025.

With increasing calls for Mauricio Pochettino to leave Chelsea, there is speculation that Tuchel could be considered as his replacement.

Chelsea's recent improved form has kept alive the possibility of securing European football for next season. However, failure to do so could increase pressure on Pochettino.

The links to Tuchel are likely to persist throughout the summer as the 50-year-old considers his next career move. Speaking about his future plans, Tuchel stated, "It's very, very, very unlikely that it's at Bayern...I loved it at Chelsea, I loved it in England, and I loved it in the Premier League for sure."

Pochettino responded firmly to speculation about his future after a recent win over Tottenham Hotspur, stating, "I've had enough of these silly rumours...If I have one more year on my contract here and no one says anything, then I suppose that I am going to be here."
