Manchester United is considering a deal to bring Michael Olise to Old Trafford from Crystal Palace, possibly involving Aaron Wan-Bissaka returning to Palace. Olise's future is attracting interest from various clubs, including Chelsea, with United leading the race despite not qualifying for the Champions League next season. Wan-Bissaka's contract situation and Palace's reported interest in re-signing him add complexity to the potential transfer.

Manchester United are reportedly considering a deal that would involve Crystal Palace re-signing Aaron Wan-Bissaka as part of a potential transfer bringing Michael Olise to Old Trafford.

Olise's future has been subject to intense speculation, with several clubs, including Chelsea, reportedly interested in signing him during the upcoming transfer window.

Chelsea are said to have triggered a £35m release clause in Olise's contract last year, but the move fell through, leading to Olise signing a new contract with Crystal Palace. It is believed there is now a new buy-out fee in his contract, estimated between £50m and £60m, with Manchester United leading the race for his signature.

Despite not qualifying for next season's Champions League, Manchester United are keen to secure Olise, who has shown promise despite injury setbacks this season, contributing seven goals and four assists in 16 Premier League appearances.

Olise joined Palace from Reading in 2021 and has demonstrated versatility by playing on the right flank and through the middle.

In a bid to facilitate Olise's arrival, Manchester United may offer Wan-Bissaka as part of the deal. Wan-Bissaka, who moved from Palace to United in 2019, has made 25 appearances this season but could be on the move with his contract expiring next year.

Palace, reportedly interested in bringing Wan-Bissaka back, previously saw the defender make 46 appearances for the club before his move to Old Trafford.
