Sam and his lawyer Neal Hirsh opted not to contest the prenuptial agreement, which safeguards Britney's reported £60 million fortune.

Previously, Spears reportedly covered Asghari's rent for his new bachelor pad and was set to issue him a six-figure cheque, although details remain unclear.

Rumours surfaced that the Hold Me Closer singer had 'cheated' on the Iranian-born muscleman with a 'staff member' at her £11.8 million Calabasas mansion. Additionally, he was seen with a black eye and bite marks on his arm amid domestic abuse allegations.

On April 4, Britney shared (then deleted) an old video of herself dancing with Sam while reflecting on the 'crucial' notion of revisiting past relationships.

'I used to be told all the time by someone I truly loved that, "There is no looking at that face of yours." My hopes in sharing is that by remembering that I can try and understand why I never feel good enough and to know it's okay to get inside my brain try to figure it out. Honestly, there is an all knowing spiritual eye that knows the truth and triggers to why we do things as people. It's important to go in there and figure it out yourself!'

Last December, the Mississippi-born singer wrote: 'It's so weird being single. I've had a lot of time to really look back with all the good and bad. I've realized I don't talk to myself that nicely at all. I'm easily manipulated and I wear my heart on my sleeve.'

Britney and Sam exchanged vows on June 9, 2022, at a star-studded ceremony inside her former Thousand Oaks mansion less than a month after they experienced a miscarriage. They had planned to 'continue to try to expand our beautiful family', which did not come to fruition.

'I have an appreciation for how stable he is,' Spears wrote of Asghari in her NY Times-bestselling 2023 memoir The Woman In Me.

'I love that he doesn't drink. He's a gift from God.'

Last October, the former fitness trainer told TMZ of her critically-acclaimed tell-all: 'That made me smile, to be honest. I'm freaking proud of her. I hope she takes over the world.'

The ex-couple originally began dating sometime after October 2016 when she cast him as her love interest in her Slumber Party music video.

Sam's association with the former Mouseketeer gave him a substantial career boost with him easily landing acting gigs in Hulu's Dollface, Showtime's Black Monday, CBS' NCIS, and Max hit Hacks.

It's been a full year since Asghari wrapped his mystery role on the Atlanta set of Paul Feig's action-comedy Grand Death Lotto for Amazon MGM Studios starring Awkwafina, John Cena, Simu Liu, and Seann William Scott.

'It's an honour and an absolute pleasure to be part of this kick-a** cast,' the 6ft2in stud - who became an American citizen in 2012 - gushed at the time.

TMZ reported last September that Spears will pay the 46-year-old Playing with Fire rapper £20,000/month in child support for their 17-year-old son Jayden James until June 2025, since their eldest son Sean Preston is already 18.

Last Wednesday, DailyMail.com reported that the MTV Video Vanguard Award winner had quietly settled her years-long legal battle with estranged father Jamie Spears, avoiding a trial but saddled with his £2 million legal bills.

Britney had previously alleged that the 71-year-old former construction business owner took £6 million from her while keeping her working in Las Vegas and depriving her of civil liberties during the 13-year conservatorship, which finally ended in 2021."
