Cady portrayed Rosanna Cabot on the show from 2002 to 2005 and again from 2007 to 2010, while Jon played Craig Montgomery from 2008 to 2010. Both actors received Daytime Emmy Award nominations for their roles, with Cady winning an Emmy.

In a statement posted on Instagram, the former couple said, "Cady and Jon here. We wanted to share a brief update on our relationship. It may be apparent from our posts that we have been spending some time apart. After careful consideration, we have decided that our respective goals are leading us in different directions, and we have chosen to end our marriage.
