Iranian Strikes Injure Thousands in Israel Amid US-Israeli Conflict

Since the start of the US-Israeli war on Iran on February 28, Iranian retaliatory attacks have injured 4,564 people in Israel, with 124 hospitalized. Israel’s health ministry reported on Sunday that a total of 4,564 people have sustained injuries in Iranian retaliatory attacks since the start of the US-Israeli war on Iran on February 28. Of those injured, 124 individuals remain hospitalized, including one patient in critical condition and 13 others in serious condition. In just the past 24 hours, the ministry said 303 people were injured and admitted to hospitals, with eight reported in serious condition, underscoring the ongoing human toll of the conflict.
The most recent attacks involved a barrage of Iranian missiles striking the southern Israeli cities of Arad and Dimona on Saturday, causing multiple injuries and heightening tensions in the region. Local authorities and emergency services responded quickly to assist the injured, treat the wounded, and assess damage to infrastructure, while residents in affected areas were urged to take shelter and follow safety protocols amid ongoing missile alerts.
The regional conflict has escalated significantly since the United States and Israel launched a joint offensive against Iran.
