Melissa Trevino, who lives nearby, said, “I don’t know what they told their parents what they were doing, but my neighbor who lives next door says he saw a Jeep pulling some kids on a sled, and a few minutes later we saw six or four cop cars here, a bunch of caution tape and something bad had happened.” The sight of emergency responders and caution tape quickly drew attention from the community, highlighting the severity of the incident.
When the Frisco Police Department and fire department personnel arrived, they found both 16-year-old girls with life-threatening injuries. First responders administered life-saving aid at the scene before transporting the victims to local hospitals for further medical treatment.
