Jessica Alba and Cash Warren have reached a divorce settlement more than a year after their separation and several months after the actress formally filed for divorce.

The former couple initially separated in 2024, with Alba submitting divorce papers in January 2025. Warren has now filed his own documents seeking court approval of the terms agreed between the pair.

According to reports from TMZ, Alba, 44, and Warren, 46, will share joint custody of their three children: daughters Honor, 17, and Haven, 14, and son Hayes, eight.

Financial Agreement Reached

The couple, who married in 2008, did not sign a prenuptial agreement. As part of the settlement, neither party will pay spousal support.

Instead, Warren is set to receive a $3 million settlement, structured as two non-taxable payments of $1.5 million — the first to be made this year and the second in the following year.

In addition, he will retain ownership of the $10 million Beverly Hills mansion the pair purchased in 2017. Alba’s legal surname has also been officially restored to Alba.

According to People, the divorce proceedings are uncontested.

Relationship Timeline

Alba and Warren first met in Vancouver in 2004 during the filming of the superhero movie Fantastic Four. Alba portrayed Sue Storm in the film, while Warren was working as a director’s assistant.

The couple married four years later and were together for over a decade before announcing their separation.
