Osman Still Plans On Completing His Thursday Murder Club Series, With His Fourth And Final Book In The Series Scheduled To Be Published Just Before Christmas.

The former co-host of Pointless, Richard Osman, has announced that he's cooking up a new crime novel series after the success of his Thursday Murder Club novels last year.

Fans of Thursday Murder Club shouldn't be worried, as Richard Osman has pledged to get the fourth and final book in the Thursday Murder Club series written and published by Christmas.

He's described this new series as being similar to the 2003 thriller novel The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown, with elements from his own Thursday Murder Club being dropped in as well.

Osman stated that: "I'd love one of those books that's a caper around the world, but that also has some real world truths in it.

So I'd thought about how to accomplish this, and I got the idea whilst watching the Tom Hanks movie adaptation of Dan Brown's The Da Vinci Code.

I thought with a grin on my face, this is what my new series will be about".
