The 68 Year Old Leader Of Wales Has Been Forced To Self Isolate And Answer His FMQs At Home Over Zoom Whilst He Self Isolates

The First Minister of the devolved UK nation of Wales, Mark Drakeford, has tested positive for Covid-19 two years after the virus first set foot on UK shores.

Mr Drakeford (Who's 68 and Double Jabbed) has been forced to self isolate, during which he will be faced with the latest FMQs via Zoom as he was due to take the opposition in Cardiff on In-Person tomorrow.

Mark Drakford faces calls for his resignation due to how he handled the Lockdowns in Wales in 2020 and 2021. and renewed demands for Welsh Independence following the death of Queen Elizabeth II in September.

A spokesman for the Welsh Parliament stated to a press conference in Cardiff this morning: "The First Minister is currently working from home after testing positive for Covid.

Whilst it's not a legal requirement, it is important that anyone that does test positive isolates whilst recovering.

We encourage everyone who is eligible to take up the offer of a Covid booster vaccination, and for anyone who'd been in recent contact with the First Minister to take a Covid test".

This also means that Mark Drakford will lose out on attending the British Irish Council Meeting, as a new General Election is called in Northern Ireland following the deadline to forming a Power-Sharing Parliament in Stormont expiring after nearly a year in deadlock.

It has not been publicly revealed exactly how Mark Drakford was given Covid, or who'd gave it to him, but an investigation is underway to solve the mystery.
