James and Hunter Biden, brother and nephew of US president Joe Biden respectfully, are being charged with making 150 transactions made between James, Hunter, and China to be fraudulent and concerning.

Leaked documents, obtained by Senator Chuck Grassley, showed that James and Hunter's company had received large sums of money from a Chinese consulting group back in 2018.

Hunter and James were receiving over $200,000 (£180,000) a month through a front company to hide money from the IRS.

Further details have not been made as analysis of records is ongoing.

These documents also come as Joe Biden has criticized former president Donald Trump and his family for hiding money and being fraudulent on his taxes.
