5 Shot And 8 Injured By Debris After Subway Shooting In Brooklyn

A man with a gas mask and high-vis entered a subway station in New York's Brooklyn borough and started shooting pedestrians, hitting 5 and injuring a further 8 from derbies caused by home made grenades.

NYC Police confirmed that 13 were injured in the attack, and that no further explosions were reported.

SWAT and Bomb Diffusers were called after it was discovered the shooter had rigged a bomb inside a duffel bag.

Shootings in the Big Apple have soared since the start of Joe Biden's presidency in 2021 and Eric Adams becoming NYC Mayor.
