A pro-war art piece has been revealed in St Petersburg in northern Russia, winch is made out of the company logos for Zara, Adidas, McDonald's, Epson, Skoda, Toto Energies, Ikea, and Milky-Way.
All
the companies in the art piece had stopped operations in Russia
following their invasion of Ukraine, and in the way they're arranged
it spells ZAMESTIM which is Russian for “We Will Replace”.
The
art piece has caused quite the reaction, with westerners confused
about what the Russians mean by “We Will Replace”, whilst locals
see it as a monument for the city.
Many
interpret it as Russia using it's own resources to substitute western
services lost after they backed out of the Russian market.
