Chelsie Whibley: The Memorable CBBC Actress Has Died At 30 Due To Cystic Fibrosis

CBBC actress, Chelsie Whibley, has died aged 30 after loosing her battle with Cystic Fibrosis.

She passed away after her husband rushed her to Southampton General Hospital in the early afternoon of April 3rd at 14:45 (2:45pm).

Cystic Fibrosis has no known cure and causes the life expectancy of those who have the genetic disorder to cut in half, doctors previously estimated her to die at the age of 16.

Before she died, Whibley's lungs where heavily scarred meaning that she could only use a quarter of her lungs air capacity and had to take over 60 pills per day to fight off the infection.

Her two most known rolls were Dani's House and Sadie J.
