The Verdict Which Awarded Johnny Depp $15 Million Has Been Contested By Amber Heard And Her Lawyers Since The Trial Ended

Hollywood actress Amanda Heard announced that she and her legal team will launch an appeal against the verdict of her high profile court battle against ex-husband Johnny Depp.

The verdict of Depp v. Heard demands that Amber Heard pay Johnny Depp $15 Million (£12 Million) in damages for Libel and Deformation.

Heard's attorneys stated that the starlet cannot pay Depp his money, so have appealed the verdict to get a lower amount.

The Fairfax County Courthouse in Virginia have yet to announce if they've accepted the appeal bid.
