Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky has mocked his Russian counterpart's false optimism as Putin claim's: “The war in Ukraine is going exactly as I planned”.
“The war which has been going on for nearly 2 months now doesn't seem to be going in your favor to me,” said Zelensky.
Vladimir Putin has vowed that his second offensive from captured territories in the east will be more violent than the first, steamrollering everyone who gets in Putin's way.
Russian troops and tanks have been ordered to regroup in the Donbas and Mariupol areas to regroup and launch a second wave.
Ukrainian authorities have also stated that they along with The Pentagon, have been investigating alleged use of chemical weapons in Mariupol but it's hard when it's a Ukrainian enclave guarded by a Russian wall of steel.
