Last Stand For Mariupol As Ammunition Runs Dry

The last remaining Ukrainian forces and militia in the besieged city of Mariupol have told superiors that “We're running out of ammo, we're down to a small amount”.

After 6 weeks of bombardment, shelling, missile strikes, skirmishes, and a heavy death toll.

Ukraine's sustained grip on Mariupol, one of the last cities in the area under Zelensky's control, has finally been broken by the Russians.

The Ukrainian units remaining vowed to fight to the death, refusing evac-choppers to come and rescue them.

Russian president Vladimir Putin has relished in this victory, sending a deployment of Russian soldiers to the city as a “Clean up crew”.
