1,026 Ukrainian Soldiers And Foreign Legionaries Reported To Have Surrendered To The Russians As Ammo And Food Stocks Dwindle In Mariupol

The Ukrainian Defense Ministry (UDM) have said that it has zero information regarding the alleged surrender of 1,026 Ukrainian servicemen and foreign legionaries in the besieged city of Mariupol.

Their Russian counterparts have reported that such a number of Ukrainian solders and foreign legionaries surrendered after being plagued with ammo shortages and starvation.

One of those who was confirmed to have surrendered in Mariupol was Aiden Aslin, a British national hailing from Nottinghamshire.

The news comes after soldiers in Mariupol reported that they'd make a last stand after food and ammo supplies hit critical lows.
