Detectives Have Arrested A Kenyan Defence Force (KDF) Officer For Defiling A 12-Year-Old Minor In Uasin Gishu

Increasing cases of child abuse in Kenya have been reported across the country in several different counties.

Most of these abuses include, child labour, child negligence, sexual assault and harassment among others.

According to Kenyan constitution, children's rights must be respected by all individuals.

Today detectives have arrested a KDF officer for abusing a female minor.

According to the latest reports from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations in Kenya, the KDF Soldier defiled a 12 year old class seven pupil in Uasin Gishu.

The victim told her mother what the un-named man did to her, hence prompting her to take direct action in response.

Her mother reported the matter to the police and detectives responded quickly hunting the suspect who is now in custody, waiting to be taken to court tomorrow and face charges.

Kenyans on social media have condemned the incident, wondering how a KDF officer could engage in such an evil activity.
